We are seeking a full time Accounts Assistant to join our Finance department. The accounts assistant will play a key role in providing financial, administrative, and clerical services.
The position is responsible for:
- Bank, cash and credit card reconciliation
- Purchase ledger
- Sales Ledger
- Processing weekly and monthly payroll
- Vat returns
- Preparing supplier payments and dealing with any purchase ledger queries.
- Reconciliation of month end, including preparing prepayments and accruals.
- Assist the management account with any other month end tasks and ad hoc reporting.
Sage experience essential, ability to work as part of a team and to deadlines.
The position is based at our office in Agecroft, the salary is competitive, 28 days holiday including bank holidays and free parking on site.
